I can’t say enough good things about my experience here! The banking team was incredibly helpful when I needed assistance with some online banking issues. They were patient with all my questions and made sure I understood how to navigate the website. Plus, I loved the little touches in the lobby, like the coffee station! It made waiting a whole lot nicer. I did find that the hours could be a little inconvenient for those who work typical 9 to 5 jobs, as they close early on Saturdays. But honestly, the service is so great that I’d find a way to make it work. I truly felt valued as a customer, and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family!
