I just wanted to express my gratitude for the wonderful service I received lately. I had a complicated issue with my account, and the customer representative, James, was exceptional. He listened carefully and was very thorough in addressing my concerns. The fact that they have late hours on Fridays makes it easier for people with busy schedules to visit. I do wish they had more ATMs around town, though, as sometimes it can be inconvenient to find one nearby. Overall, a solid choice for banking needs!

I've been banking here for a couple of years now, and while I've had a generally good experience, there are a few things worth mentioning. The customer service has always been friendly, and the staff is knowledgeable about their products. I especially like the drive-through option, as it’s super convenient when I’m in a hurry. However, there have been times when the wait can get a bit long, especially during peak hours. I wish they would implement a system to notify us of wait times. Nevertheless, the overall atmosphere is pleasant, and I feel that my financial needs are well taken care of.
