I had a really pleasant experience at this bank branch! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff. I was particularly impressed by how knowledgeable and attentive the customer service representative was. I needed assistance with setting up a new account, and they walked me through every step patiently. They even mentioned some great savings options that I hadn’t considered. The branch was clean and organized, and I felt comfortable during my visit. One thing I would suggest is extending the Saturday hours a bit longer; I think a 1 PM close would help those of us who work during the week. However, I did notice a bit of a wait time, especially on a weekday afternoon, which could be improved. I think it might be due to a staffing issue, as there were only two representatives available to assist customers. It would be great if they could hire a few more people during peak hours. All in all, I walked out feeling satisfied with the service, and I definitely plan to return for my banking needs.
