I’ve been banking here for a couple of years now and have had a mostly positive experience. The online banking features are fantastic—easy to navigate and very user-friendly, which makes managing my finances a breeze. I recently needed to set up a loan, and the loan officer was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process. I appreciated the transparency regarding fees and interest rates, which helped me feel more confident about my decision. On the flip side, I've noticed that sometimes the wait times can be a bit longer than expected, especially during peak hours. I think they could benefit from having more staff during those times to ensure customers aren’t left waiting too long. Nonetheless, the quality of service I receive makes up for it, and I would still highly recommend this bank to anyone looking for reliable service and great online tools!
