I recently had an appointment with Dr. Barnes for a knee issue that had been bothering me for months. From the moment I walked into the clinic, I was impressed by the friendly staff. They made the check-in process smooth and efficient, which is always a plus! Dr. Barnes took the time to really listen to my concerns and explained the treatment options in a way that was easy to understand. I appreciated that he didn’t rush me through the appointment. After my examination, he provided a clear plan moving forward, which made me feel much more at ease. The only thing I’d suggest is to have a more comfortable seating area in the waiting room; it could use a little more cushioning. Overall, my experience was great, and I feel confident in the care I’m receiving. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an orthopedic specialist!
