I stopped by here last week after my phone unexpectedly started shutting down. The staff was super efficient and managed to diagnose a battery issue fairly quickly. What I loved most was how they kept me updated throughout the repair process. I ended up waiting for about an hour, which wasn't too bad, and they had a nice little area to sit and grab some water. The price was reasonable, and I left with a fully functioning phone. My only suggestion would be to have more seating available since the place gets busy. Still, a fantastic experience overall!
