I can’t express how pleased I am with the service I received! I walked in with a laptop that was acting up, and I was immediately impressed by the level of customer service. The technician was super friendly and took the time to listen to my problems. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained everything in a way that I could understand, which was really refreshing. The repair took a little longer than I expected, about two hours, but they kept me updated the entire time, which I appreciated. The pricing was also very fair considering the quality of work they did. My laptop is running better than it has in years!
