I’ve been a member of this credit union for over a year now, and I must say it has been a pleasant experience overall! The staff is always friendly, and they genuinely seem to care about their members. I recently went in for a mortgage consultation, and the representative was incredibly knowledgeable. She made a complex process feel much more manageable and was patient in answering my many questions. I also appreciate the educational workshops they offer on budgeting and saving. It's nice to see a financial institution invest in its members’ financial education. My only constructive feedback would be that their phone support can sometimes have long wait times. I understand they are busy, but a quicker response would make a great service even better. As a long-time member of this credit union, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences. The loan process was straightforward. I recently applied for a personal loan, and the representative walked me through the entire process. They were upfront about all the terms, and I appreciated their transparency. One thing I really like is their local community involvement; it feels great knowing they contribute to local charities and events. However, I do feel that their website could use some improvements. It’s functional but not very user-friendly, especially for someone who isn’t tech-savvy. Still, I would rate them highly for their customer service and community spirit.
