My experience at this orthopedic facility was mostly positive. After dealing with persistent back pain, I decided it was time to seek professional help. I had an exceptional experience at this orthopedic clinic! After a knee injury from playing basketball, I was really anxious about getting the right treatment. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and made me feel at ease. The wait time was minimal, which is always a plus! Dr. Smith was incredibly thorough, taking the time to explain my condition and the treatment options available. What I appreciated most was his ability to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions without rushing me. The physical therapy sessions that followed were also great, with knowledgeable therapists who guided me through each exercise. One minor thing I would suggest is to improve the signage in the waiting area; it was a bit confusing at first. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone needing orthopedic care.
