I can't say enough good things about this dental office! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming. The receptionist greeted me with a smile and made the check-in process a breeze. My dental hygienist was thorough yet gentle, ensuring that I was comfortable the entire time. I was particularly impressed with how they went over my treatment options and costs upfront, making everything transparent. The only downside was the waiting time, which was a bit longer than expected on my first visit. However, once I got into the chair, I could see why they had so many patients! I had such a great experience! The staff was incredibly friendly, and the office was modern and clean. My dentist took the time to explain everything clearly, which calmed my nerves. I recently switched to this dental practice, and I couldn't be happier! The whole team is fantastic. The waiting area is cozy and filled with magazines, which made my wait feel short. The dentist was very personable and took a genuine interest in my dental history. During my exam, they used the latest technology, which made everything so much easier. I was particularly impressed by how they explained every step of the process. The dental hygienist was awesome too! She was friendly and made my cleaning feel quick and painless. I left with a bright smile and great tips for maintaining my oral health. The only thing I might suggest is extending the hours on Tuesdays to accommodate those who work during the week. But overall, a stellar experience!
