After searching for a rehabilitation center for my father, we chose this facility, and I am so glad we did. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome from the staff. They took the time to explain everything and made sure my father felt comfortable and understood. The facility itself is bright and well-maintained, which helped ease our worries about his transition. My father has benefitted greatly from their physical therapy program; the therapists are skilled and encouraging, and he has made remarkable progress. I've also noticed that the staff goes above and beyond to engage residents in meaningful activities, like music therapy and gardening, which my father really enjoys. One area for improvement could be the variety of food options; while the meals are nutritious, a bit more diversity would be nice. Still, the overall experience has been quite positive. My experience visiting a friend here was quite pleasant overall. The staff appeared genuinely cheerful and attentive, which is so important in a setting like this. The layout of the facility is comfortable and easy to navigate, and I loved the fact that they have a lovely garden area where residents can enjoy some fresh air. I had the chance to join my friend for lunch, and while the meal was good, I think offering a few more healthy options could really enhance the dining experience.
