I can't recommend this upholstery shop highly enough! I recently decided to update my dining room chairs, which were looking a bit worn after years of family dinners. From the moment I contacted them, the customer service was stellar. They answered all my questions with patience and provided excellent recommendations based on my style preferences. When I visited, I was amazed by their vast selection of high-quality fabrics, and the staff was wonderful in helping me narrow down my choices. They provided a timeline for the project and stuck to it, which is always a plus in my book. When I finally picked up my chairs, I was absolutely thrilled! Not only did they look fabulous, but the craftsmanship was evident. Each chair felt sturdy and well-made, much better than before. My only piece of constructive feedback would be to improve their online presence; I found their website a bit outdated and hard to navigate. That said, the in-person experience was fantastic, and I will definitely be back for future projects!

I recently had my grandmother's old armchair reupholstered, and I can't say enough good things about the experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. They really took the time to listen to my vision, asked insightful questions about the style and fabric I wanted, and even suggested some options I hadn’t considered. I appreciated their attention to detail and the passion they have for their work. The turnaround time was excellent as well; I got my chair back within the promised timeframe and it looks stunning! The only minor downside was that their operating hours can be a bit limited, especially since they’re closed on weekends. It would be great if they could extend their hours just a bit to accommodate more customers. Overall, I’m beyond pleased with the results and will definitely be returning for any future upholstery needs!

I brought my office chairs in for reupholstering, and it was such a smooth process! The staff was friendly and professional, and they had a huge variety of fabric choices. The turnaround time was also impressive, and now my chairs look brand new. I did wish they had more options for eco-friendly fabrics, but overall, I’m really happy with how everything turned out. Would recommend!

The minute I walked in, I was struck by the impressive selection of fabrics and materials. The team was incredibly friendly and eager to assist. They guided me through various choices, helping me envision how my sofa would look after the makeover. I opted for a bright, bold pattern that I felt captured the spirit of my living room. They even provided a detailed timeline for the project, which I found quite reassuring. I must say, the final product exceeded my expectations! It looks brand new but retains that vintage charm I love. However, I did experience a slight hiccup with the pickup time that was initially set; it was delayed by a couple of days which was a bit inconvenient. Still, the quality of work they delivered made it well worth the wait! I genuinely recommend this place to anyone looking to breathe new life into their furniture!
