I am very pleased with my recent visit to this clinic! The staff was exceptionally professional yet warm and welcoming. I was a bit nervous, but they made me feel at home right away. I had a wonderful experience at this clinic. From the moment I arrived, the receptionists were friendly and helpful, which made a stressful visit much easier. The nurse who took my vitals was kind and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. When I met with the doctor, he was very thorough in his examination and took the time to explain every detail of my treatment options. My only suggestion would be to enhance their follow-up communication; it would be great to receive reminders for check-ups via email or text. My experience at this clinic was largely positive. The appointment was easy to schedule online, which I appreciated. Upon arriving, I found the staff to be welcoming and attentive.
