I have been going to see Dr. Abugo for my eye care needs for over a year now, and I can’t recommend him enough! He is incredibly professional and knowledgeable, always taking the time to answer my questions. The staff is friendly and efficient, which makes scheduling appointments a breeze. I had some concerns about my vision, and Dr. Abugo was very thorough in his examination and offered a variety of solutions. I felt reassured and well cared for throughout the process. One minor thing I’d like to mention is that it would be nice if they had some magazines in the waiting area, as I tend to get a bit restless. Otherwise, a fantastic experience every time!

After my last visit, I feel like I've finally found my go-to ophthalmologist! Dr. Abugo is phenomenal. He has a knack for making his patients feel comfortable and valued, which speaks volumes in this day and age. I had my annual eye exam last week, and the whole experience was pleasant. The office was bright and clean, and the staff greeted me promptly with smiles, which set a positive tone. Dr. Abugo took his time to discuss my vision concerns and didn’t rush through the exam, which I really appreciated. He explained the importance of each test in a way that was easy to understand, making me feel involved in my healthcare decisions. The only thing I noticed that could be improved was the appointment scheduling process; it wasn’t clear if I was supposed to confirm my appointment ahead of time or just show up. However, this is a minor detail in an otherwise fantastic experience! All in all, I left feeling confident in my vision care and look forward to my next appointment.

I can't say enough good things about my visit. I was referred here by a family member and was a bit apprehensive at first, but my experience was nothing short of exceptional. I had an amazing experience during my recent visit. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming, which really eased my nervousness. Dr. Abugo took the time to explain every step of my eye exam, making sure I understood what was happening. The technology used was state-of-the-art and very impressive! I appreciated how thorough the examination was; I felt like my eye health was truly in expert hands. It’s always a bit daunting to go to a specialist, but Dr. Abugo’s calm demeanor made a huge difference. I also liked that the office was very clean and well-organized, which adds to the overall experience. The only small suggestion I would have would be to reduce the wait time a bit, as I had to wait around 25 minutes past my appointment time. Nonetheless, I would absolutely recommend this practice to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring ophthalmologist!
