I recently opened an account at this credit union, and I couldn’t be happier. The staff members are not only knowledgeable but also genuinely care about your financial well-being. I left feeling empowered and informed rather than overwhelmed, which I’ve experienced at other places. The branch itself is clean and organized, making it easy to navigate through their services. I also appreciate the fact that they have extended hours on Saturdays, which is perfect for someone with a busy schedule like mine. However, I do think they could improve their online account setup process; it felt a little confusing at times.
