I had a relatively good experience with the auto body shop when I brought my car in for some repair work. The staff was friendly, and they seemed to genuinely care about getting my car back to me as soon as possible. The repairs took a little longer than I had anticipated, which was a bit inconvenient, but the quality of work was top-notch. They did an excellent job on the paint, and my car looks great! One minor suggestion would be to improve their communication regarding the status of repairs. I had to follow up a couple of times for updates, which could be frustrating. After my car got some scratches and dents from a storm, I decided to take it to this auto body shop based on a friend's recommendation. I was really happy with the outcome! The team was super friendly, and they got my vehicle in for repairs really quickly. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail in the work they did; you honestly can’t even tell there was any damage. It felt like they treated my car like it was their own. The only downside was that their hours are a bit limited, which made it tricky for me to drop off my car since I work during the day. Nonetheless, I’m thrilled with the service and the quality of the repairs. I would definitely return if I need any more work done!
