As someone who's been to quite a few family physicians, I can genuinely say that my recent visit was quite refreshing. The office was well-organized, and I didn’t have to wait long before being seen. Dr. Van Laar was incredibly personable; he took the time to explain my test results in detail and made sure I understood each step of my treatment plan. I particularly liked that he didn’t rush through our appointment and encouraged me to ask questions. The staff were pleasant and accommodating, making the check-in process easy. One area for improvement could be the follow-up communication; I would have preferred more clarity after my initial visit. I’ve been seeing this doctor for a few months now, and I have to say, I’m impressed with the level of care I’ve received! The doctor has a great bedside manner, always making me feel heard and valued as a patient.
