I went in for a balayage and a trim, and my stylist was phenomenal. She took the time to explain the process and really considered my hair type and texture. The results were stunning, and I felt so confident afterward! However, I did notice that the booking process could be a bit clearer on their website as I had a little trouble finding available slots initially.
