I’ve been a customer here for over a year, and the service has consistently been top-notch. Every time I enter, I’m greeted with smiles and a warm welcome. I recently had to deal with an issue regarding my account, and the customer service representative was extremely patient and helpful. They took the time to walk me through the resolution process and made sure I felt comfortable with everything. I appreciate the level of care they show to their customers. However, I do think they could expand their hours a bit more on weekdays, especially for those of us working 9 to 5 jobs. Overall, I’m very satisfied and will definitely continue banking here!
