I had a pretty good experience at this auto repair shop overall. The staff was friendly, and they did a good job on my brakes. They took the time to explain what needed to be fixed, which I appreciated. The only thing I would suggest is a quicker check-in process. I had to wait a bit before someone could assist me, which was a little frustrating. However, once I was in, everything went smoothly! They even sent me a reminder for my appointment, which was great. I’m happy with their work, and I think I’ll be coming back for my car maintenance needs. Just hoping they can improve their customer service speed a little bit!
