I can't say enough good things about my experience here! From the first phone call to schedule my appointment, I was treated with such kindness and professionalism. The staff is exceptional—everyone, from the receptionists to the nurses, greeted me with a smile and made sure I was comfortable. The waiting area was cozy, and although I waited for about 30 minutes, I didn't mind because they offered complimentary coffee and water, which was a nice touch. Dr. Smith was so patient and informative during my consultation; he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I left feeling hopeful and well taken care of. My only suggestion would be to improve the signage in the building, as I found it a bit tricky to navigate through the different departments.
