What an amazing experience I had during my recent visit to the optometrist! I needed a new pair of glasses and decided to book an appointment based on a friend's recommendation. The office was easy to find and had a bright, inviting ambiance. The staff greeted me with smiles and were very helpful throughout the entire process. I appreciated how they worked with my insurance, which made things a lot smoother. The eye exam was comprehensive, and Dr. Patel was fantastic! She was super friendly and made sure I understood the results clearly. After my exam, I was pleasantly surprised by the wide variety of frames available. I ended up selecting a trendy pair that I’ve received plenty of compliments on. The only thing I would suggest is maybe having a few more options for high-end lens upgrades, as I felt a little limited in that area. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely return for my future eye care needs!

As someone who has worn glasses for years, I'm always a bit nervous about finding a new optometrist, but the experience I had here was fantastic! The staff was friendly and took the time to explain the process, which I really appreciated. The eye exam itself was quite thorough and I felt like they genuinely cared about my eye health. Dr. Johnson was attentive and provided detailed feedback about my vision. I also loved the selection of frames—there were so many styles to choose from! I ended up trying on several pairs and finally settled on a cute, modern design that I absolutely adore. However, the only hiccup was that my glasses took a bit longer than I expected to be ready for pick-up, which was a little disappointing. They did keep me updated, though, so I didn’t mind too much in the end. If you’re in need of an eye exam or new glasses, I highly recommend checking them out. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely return!
