As a family member trying to find home care for my dad was quite stressful, but I’m so relieved to have found this service. The staff are truly compassionate and dedicated. The care coordinator was extremely helpful in tailoring a plan that met my dad's unique needs. They even took the time to introduce him to the caregiver before starting, which made him feel more at ease. I also loved how they provided a variety of services from medication reminders to companionship. The only thing I would suggest is a more extensive onboarding process for new caregivers so they can be even more familiar with individual client needs right away. Still, I can't recommend them enough. My dad has been happier and more engaged since they started visiting!
