I can’t say enough good things about my visit to this auto repair shop! I went in for some battery issues, and the technicians were incredibly helpful. They quickly diagnosed the issue and walked me through the different battery options available. I was impressed by their transparency about pricing and the fact that they didn’t push me towards the most expensive option. The waiting area was comfortable, which made the time pass quickly. My only suggestion would be to extend their Friday hours a bit; closing at noon feels a bit early for those of us who work during the week. Other than that, I left feeling confident in my vehicle's performance and will definitely return in the future!

Having lived in Rocky Mount for years, I’ve tried out a few auto repair shops, but this one has really stood out. The team is incredibly knowledgeable and straightforward. I brought my car in for a transmission issue, and they took care of it with impressive speed. I did find their hours a bit limiting, especially on Fridays, but that’s a minor inconvenience considering how well they handle repairs. I recently visited this auto repair shop for a routine oil change, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. The staff was friendly and efficient, and I was in and out in no time. I especially appreciated their attention to detail; they even checked my tire pressure and fluid levels without me asking. Prices were reasonable, which is always a plus! The only minor downside was that parking was a bit tight when I arrived, but that’s a small price to pay for such great service. I’ll definitely be back for my next maintenance check!
