Making the choice to see a nurse practitioner was a big step for me, and I’m so glad I did! The professionalism and warmth I experienced during my visit were outstanding. Vivian addressed all my health concerns comprehensively, and she also offered some holistic advice that I found very helpful. I particularly liked the fact that she didn’t just prescribe medications but discussed lifestyle changes that could improve my well-being. The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is that the appointment ran about fifteen minutes behind schedule. However, I could see that she was taking her time with each patient, so I didn’t mind too much. I left feeling hopeful and better informed about my health. I highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a caring and thorough practitioner!

The only aspect I’d suggest for improvement is the availability of appointment slots, as it took a little longer than I’d like to schedule my visit. Nonetheless, this minor inconvenience was overshadowed by the quality of care I received. I left feeling like I had a true partner in my health journey. I can’t recommend her enough!

I had my first appointment and was thoroughly impressed! The nurse practitioner was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. She took her time assessing my condition and made sure I understood my treatment options. I particularly liked how she encouraged me to be an active participant in my healthcare decisions, which made me feel valued. The office was bright and very clean, which added to the positive experience. The only suggestion I would have is to consider adding a few more magazines in the waiting area; I’d love to have something to read while waiting. Overall, this was a great visit, and I will definitely return for future appointments.
