My only feedback would be regarding appointment scheduling; I found it a bit challenging to get through on the phone to set up my initial appointment. However, once I was in the office, everything was smooth sailing. I left the appointment feeling reassured and well-informed, which is exactly what I needed. What a great experience! I visited Dr. Gorbatiy for a urological issue, and it was nothing short of exceptional. The moment I entered the office, I felt a sense of calm thanks to the friendly staff. They were efficient and made the check-in process quick and easy. Dr. Gorbatiy himself is incredibly knowledgeable and approachable. He explained everything clearly and never made me feel rushed during our conversation. He truly cares about his patients, and that’s evident. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps more prominent signage for the office, as I had a bit of trouble finding the entrance at first. Overall, I left feeling much better about my situation and confident in the plan we discussed. I’d recommend him to anyone who needs a caring and skilled urologist!
