I came here for some specialty cuts, and I was really pleased with the selection. The staff was super helpful and answered all my questions. The only downside was that they were a bit busy, which made the wait longer than I'd hoped. Still, the quality of the meat made it worth it!

As a long-time customer, I can confidently say that this place is the best spot for meat processing. I’ve brought in various game over the years, and each time, the quality has been stellar. The staff is passionate about what they do and always provides excellent advice on how to cook and prepare the different cuts. I especially love their sausage options; the flavors are always unique and delicious! However, I wish they offered more variety in marinades and seasonings for the meat. Sometimes I feel like I see the same options, and it would be great to have more choices to spice things up. Overall, their service and meat quality are unbeatable, and I’ll continue to go back for all my processing needs.

I just had my first experience at this meat processor, and it was fantastic! The staff was friendly and clearly knowledgeable about their craft. I brought in some venison, and they offered helpful tips on how to best prepare it. I was pleasantly surprised by the range of options available for processing. Everything was handled with care, and I felt confident leaving my meat in their hands. My only suggestion would be to improve the signage outside the facility to make it easier to find. Once inside, though, the experience was smooth and enjoyable. I left with some of the best cuts I’ve ever had, and I’m excited to try them out at home. Highly recommend this place!
