I had a great experience at the facility during my recent visit. The staff was friendly and really went out of their way to help me understand the storage options they had available. The loading process was efficient, and I was in and out much quicker than I anticipated. I also felt reassured by how clean and organized everything was—it really put my mind at ease about the safety of my products. One minor downside was that I had some trouble locating the entrance initially, as it wasn’t very clearly marked. If they could improve signage, that would make the experience even better. Overall though, I was very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone needing cold storage services.
