I had a fantastic experience at this optician! The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in. I had a good experience at this optician, but there were a few bumps along the way. The initial eye exam went smoothly, and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I really liked the process of picking out my frames; they have a decent selection and the prices were reasonable. However, I did notice that the wait time was a bit longer than I had anticipated, even with an appointment. It seemed like they were short-staffed that day.
