I can't say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Bender. From the moment we walked into the office in New Castle, we were greeted by a friendly receptionist who made us feel welcome. The office itself was neat, and the waiting area had plenty of resources to keep my kids entertained. When we finally met Dr. Bender, I was impressed by how much time he took with us. He didn’t rush through the appointment; instead, he genuinely listened to my concerns about my children's health and answered all my questions with patience. What really stood out was his ability to connect with my kids. He spoke directly to them and made them feel comfortable discussing their health, which is not something I've seen very often. Their faces lit up when he engaged them in conversation, and it was evident that he has a special talent for working with children. The follow-up care advice he provided was also incredibly helpful.
