I had a delightful day at the wildlife refuge, exploring the lush surroundings and observing the diverse wildlife. The staff were eager to share their knowledge, which added to the experience. I particularly enjoyed the guided tour they offered, as it gave me a deeper appreciation of the area's ecology. The landscape is stunning, but I wish there were more picnic areas available for visitors to enjoy the view while having lunch. Also, some pathways could use a little more signage for clarity. What a hidden gem! I stumbled upon this place during a weekend drive and couldn’t be happier.
