My experience at this location was overall positive! I went in for some acne treatment and was pleasantly surprised by how kind and patient Dr. Li was. He really took the time to assess my skin, and I felt like he genuinely cared about helping me. The treatment options he provided were clear and he explained the science behind them, which helped ease my anxiety a bit. I also liked that they have a variety of products available for purchase to complement the treatments. However, I did find the office hours a bit inconvenient since they’re closed on weekends, which makes it tough for someone with a busy work week to schedule appointments. Still, the quality of care I received makes it worth the effort to arrange time off. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone in need of dermatological care.

Absolutely fantastic experience! I love how welcoming the staff is and that they make you feel valued as a patient. Dr. Li’s approach is both professional and personable, which is a rare combination. The only slight downside was the parking situation; it can get a little tricky, especially during busy times. But that’s a minor issue when you’re receiving such top-notch care. I recently visited for a consultation and I have to say, I was really impressed! The staff were all professional and attentive, making sure that I was comfortable during my time there. Dr. Li was thorough in his assessment and provided actionable advice that was easy to follow. I appreciated that he didn’t rush through my appointment; he took the time to discuss my skin issues in detail and even showed me some before-and-after photos of previous patients who had similar concerns. The only thing I would suggest is that they could improve the waiting area by adding some more seating. It got a bit crowded while I was there. Other than that, my experience was fantastic, and I am excited to see how my treatment progresses. Definitely worth the visit!
