I recently had my first visit, and I was really impressed! The staff members were friendly and quick to assist me. I had an appointment on a Wednesday afternoon, and I was pleasantly surprised by how efficiently everything flowed. The optometrist was knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. I really liked that they offered the latest technology for the eye exams, which made the process easier and more accurate. Plus, the selection of glasses frames was fantastic; I found a trendy pair that fits my style perfectly! One thing I wished was that they had more extended hours, especially for weekends, as it can be hard to make it during the weekdays with my work schedule. I can't say enough good things about my experience at this vision center! I've been wearing glasses since I was a kid, and I have visited numerous places for eye care, but nothing compares to the level of service and care I received here. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. The waiting area is bright and inviting, and I hardly had to wait before being seen. The optometrist took her time with me, explaining every step of the eye exam process. I appreciated how she went into detail about the different tests and what they were looking for. It made me feel more involved in my eye care. After my exam, I browsed their wide selection of frames, and the staff was incredibly helpful in finding styles that suited my face shape. I ended up with a pair I absolutely love! The only slight downside was that my glasses took a bit longer to arrive than expected, but they informed me of the delay right away and made sure to follow up once they arrived. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations and I can't imagine going anywhere else for my eye care needs. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a thorough and caring optometrist!
