I’ve been to a few repair shops before, but this one really stands out! The attention to detail is top-notch, and you can tell they genuinely care about the craftsmanship. I brought in a vintage watch that had sentimental value, and they treated it with such respect and care. The technician explained every step of the process, which made me feel at ease about leaving my precious item with them. I loved how they took the time to show me the inner workings of the watch and even pointed out some minor repairs that I could have done in the future. Plus, the shop itself is charming and full of unique pieces for sale. My only suggestion would be to have clearer signage outside, as it was a bit tricky to find. Other than that, I couldn’t be more pleased with the work done!
