I recently visited this jewelry and watch repair shop, and I have to say, I was truly impressed by the level of service provided. The owner, Roman, is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I brought in my vintage watch that hadn't worked for years, and I was prepared to say goodbye to it. Instead, Roman took the time to explain what the problem was and assured me he could help. He even showed me some of the internal mechanics as he worked! The repair took about a week, and when I returned, I was amazed at how beautifully it was restored. The prices are fair, especially considering the quality of work. The atmosphere of the shop is warm and welcoming, with a great selection of beautiful jewelry on display. My only suggestion would be to extend the Saturday hours, as it would be more convenient for those of us juggling busy schedules. Overall, I left feeling very satisfied, and I’ll definitely return for future repairs and maybe even a new piece of jewelry!

From start to finish, my experience at this watch repair shop was fantastic! I walked in with a broken watch that I thought was beyond saving. The technician was super patient, explaining the repair process in a way that I could understand. I loved seeing how much pride they take in their work. It was great to see a business that values customer education along with quality service. While my watch was being repaired, I browsed through their selection of jewelry and found some stunning pieces that I might just want to come back for! The only downside was that the wait time for repairs is a bit longer than I anticipated. However, I completely understand that good work takes time. Overall, I highly recommend them for their expertise and excellent customer service.
