I’ve been a customer for a while now, and overall, I'm quite satisfied. The water has a wonderfully clean taste, and I feel good knowing it's coming from a reputable source. The delivery schedule is convenient, and I appreciate the reminder notifications they send before each delivery. The only downside I’ve encountered is that they sometimes have a higher demand during summer, which means that occasionally my deliveries get pushed back a day or two. However, the staff is very supportive and keeps me informed about any changes. I do think they could improve their online ordering system to make it easier to customize my orders. But all in all, I’m very pleased with their service and would recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality water.
