As someone who has always been a bit anxious about dental visits, I can confidently say I had a great experience at the clinic. The warm and friendly atmosphere was immediately inviting. The receptionist greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked in, and I appreciated how organized everything felt. I had a routine checkup and cleaning, and Dr. Johnson was fantastic! He explained every step of the process, which definitely eased my anxiety. I really liked how he took the time to discuss my concerns regarding tooth sensitivity and provided practical advice on how to manage it. The dental hygienist was also lovely; she made sure I was comfortable throughout the cleaning and even shared some interesting facts about dental care that I hadn’t heard before. One tiny suggestion I have is to possibly have some more reading material available in the waiting area, as I noticed a few people were twiddling their thumbs while waiting.
