My only piece of constructive feedback would be to improve the follow-up after a sale is closed. While I felt fully supported during the buying process, a post-sale check-in would make the experience feel even more complete. As a first-time homebuyer, I was pretty nervous about the entire process. However, my experience with this agency turned out to be fantastic!
