I had a wonderful experience from start to finish at this ENT clinic! The atmosphere was calming, which was a relief since I tend to get nervous at doctor's offices. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, adorned with soothing colors and minimal decorations. I was impressed with how efficiently everything flowed. I hardly waited at all before being taken back for my appointment. The nurse was professional but also made small talk that put me at ease, which I appreciated. Dr. Lee was fantastic—knowledgeable, attentive, and very patient with all my questions. I was diagnosed quickly and given a treatment plan that made sense to me. They even provided written materials to help me understand my options better. My only feedback would be that I would have liked a little more time to digest the information before jumping into the treatment plan. Overall, an excellent experience, and I highly recommend this clinic for ENT needs!
