As a long-time customer, I have to say that the service here is usually top-notch! The online banking features are very user-friendly, which I love for managing my finances on the go. While I’ve had a few minor hiccups with customer service wait times, the staff is generally quite helpful. I do hope they consider extending their weekend hours in the future since it would really help people who work during the week. Overall, I’m satisfied and happy with my banking experience.

The teller at this bank was super helpful when I needed to transfer funds between my accounts. They were patient and made sure I understood the process. However, the wait time was slightly longer than I expected. Still, the friendly service made it worth it!
