I recently visited my local branch when I needed to deposit some checks and was pleasantly surprised by the level of service I received! The teller, whose name I believe was Tiffany, was incredibly friendly and patient. She took the time to explain the different services available and even helped me set up my online banking! The atmosphere was welcoming, and I appreciated how accessible the entrance was – I noticed they had a ramp, which is a plus for those with mobility challenges. I do wish they had longer hours on the weekends, though. It can be tough to make it during the week with my busy schedule. Still, overall, my experience was fantastic, and I left feeling confident about my banking options. If you’re looking for helpful service and a pleasant atmosphere, I definitely recommend checking it out! Just be mindful of the hours if you plan to visit over the weekend, as they’re closed. I can't say enough good things about my recent visit! I went to this branch to make a quick transaction and was greeted by an enthusiastic staff.
