I've been banking here for a couple of years now, and I can say that the staff is consistently friendly and attentive. I recently had an issue with a transaction, and their customer service was fantastic—they resolved it quickly and efficiently. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the facilities are always clean. However, I’ve noticed that during busy times, there’s often only one teller available, which can lead to longer waits. I would love to see them add more staff during peak hours to improve the flow. Still, I appreciate the service and would recommend them to friends.
