I had a great experience with the bank when I went in to inquire about a mortgage. The loan officer was exceptionally helpful, walking me through various options tailored to my specific situation. She answered all my questions promptly and even followed up with additional information after our meeting, which I really appreciated! The only downside was that the wait time was a bit longer than I expected, but once I was attended to, the service was fantastic. Quick shoutout to the team at this bank! I popped in for a simple transaction and was pleasantly surprised by how friendly everyone was. I was in and out in no time, which was great since I had a busy schedule that day. The only thing I think could improve is the signage; it wasn’t completely clear where to go for a specific service. But other than that, fantastic experience!

The representative who helped me was knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the account options without any pressure to make a quick decision. I appreciated how patient he was when I had a few follow-up questions. Additionally, the online banking features are user-friendly, making it easy to manage my finances. Only thing I would suggest is to extend the Saturday hours; closing at noon feels a bit early for those of us who work during the week. Overall, I’m excited to be a customer here and look forward to a long relationship!
