Absolutely love this place! I went in last week to get a mortgage pre-approval, and the loan officer was fantastic. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and made sure I understood each step of the process. I really felt that she cared about my situation and wanted the best for me. The facility itself was modern and clean, which made the experience even better. I also appreciated that they have extended hours during the week. The only suggestion I have would be to offer more weekend hours because that would help those of us with busy schedules. But overall, a five-star service!

I had an excellent experience recently while setting up my business account. The business specialist was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the different services available for small businesses. She took the time to understand my needs and provided tailored recommendations, which I found very useful. The branch is well-organized, making it easy to navigate even during busy times. However, one area for improvement would be to have more signage for first-time visitors to help them find the right departments faster. Overall, though, I felt well taken care of and would recommend them to other small business owners.

Every time I visit, the staff is always friendly and ready to assist. My recent appointment to discuss my savings plan was handled with such professionalism. The representative had great insights and helped me choose the right products for my needs. I also appreciate the fact that they have a great mobile banking app that makes it easy to check my balances and transfer funds. My only complaint would be that the parking can sometimes be tricky, particularly during peak hours. But the service makes it worth the hassle!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this bank. I recently needed to resolve a billing issue on my account, and the customer service team was phenomenal. They were patient and genuinely listened to my concerns. I was worried it would take days to get resolved, but they handled it within hours! Plus, they have a great online chat feature. However, I think their hours could be a bit more flexible, especially for those who work during the day and can’t visit during normal business hours. Despite that, I'm extremely satisfied with the service and trust this bank with my finances completely. Highly recommend!

The only downside was that the wait time was a bit longer than I expected, but honestly, it was worth it for the service I received.
