I’ve been a customer for a couple of years now and I have mixed feelings about my experiences. On one hand, the staff are incredibly helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. I recently applied for a loan, and my loan officer was patient and explained every step of the process, which I really appreciated. The atmosphere is usually pleasant, and I never feel rushed. On the other hand, I’ve noticed that their hours can be a bit inconvenient, especially with a short Saturday schedule. I often find myself wishing they were open later in the evening during weekdays to accommodate my work schedule. That said, the good outweighs the bad for me, and I will continue to use their services. If they could just adjust their hours a little, I’d give them a solid five stars!

I opened an account here a few months ago and I have to say, the customer service is top-notch! Every time I walk in, the staff greet me with smiles, making me feel valued as a customer. I particularly appreciate that they take the time to answer all my questions without rushing me. The online banking features are also quite intuitive, allowing me to manage my finances easily from my phone. However, I did encounter a minor hiccup with their ATM on a Saturday morning; it was out of service which was a bit inconvenient. Thankfully, the staff inside were quick to assist me with an alternative. I would suggest they keep an eye on their machines to avoid similar issues in the future. Overall, I’m very pleased with my banking experience here and feel confident that my money is in good hands!
