I’ve been banking here for a few months now, and I have to say, the staff are genuinely amazing! I visited this bank last week, and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service I received. The staff was attentive and went above and beyond to help me open a new checking account. They made the process easy and clear, which I really appreciated since I was a bit overwhelmed by all the paperwork. The only thing that could have been better was the wait time; I got there right when they opened, and there were already a few customers ahead of me.
