I recently visited this bank for a mortgage consultation, and I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the process was! The staff were incredibly welcoming and took the time to explain everything to me. I felt like I was in good hands from the start. The office was clean and well-organized, which made my experience even better. The only thing I wish is that they had longer hours on Saturdays for those of us who work during the week.
