As a long-time customer, I have a few thoughts about my experiences. The staff here are genuinely helpful and professional. I remember when I had difficulty with my credit card transactions, and a representative took the time to resolve the issue promptly. They even called me back to ensure everything was sorted out. Their attention to detail is commendable. However, I do think they could improve their waiting times. I've noticed that during the lunch hour, the lines can get quite long, which can be frustrating when you’re in a hurry. Their hours could also be a bit more accommodating; I wish they were open on weekends. All in all, it's a solid bank with great services, just a few areas for improvement!
