I’ve been a customer of this bank for about a year now, and I’ve had mostly good experiences. The online banking features are fantastic; I appreciate the user-friendly app that allows me to check balances and transfer money easily. I recently visited in person to discuss a loan option, and the loan officer was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He walked me through the options, helping me understand the terms and what would work best for my situation. The branch was clean and well-maintained, which adds to the overall positive vibe. My only criticism would be the limited hours during the weekend. It would be great if they could open on Saturdays, as it’s sometimes hard to find time during the weekdays with my work schedule. However, I'm satisfied with my banking services here!
