I have been a customer for several years, and while my experience has been mostly positive, there are a couple of areas that could use improvement. The employees are consistently friendly and willing to help, which I truly appreciate. Recently, I had to deal with a minor account issue that they resolved quickly, which was a relief. However, I did notice that sometimes, the wait times can be longer than expected, especially during lunch hours. I would suggest they consider adding more staff during peak times to help with this. That said, I feel valued as a customer, and their online services are quite robust, making banking convenient. Overall, a solid place with good people.

I recently had to open a new account and I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience I had. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with genuine smiles and warmth. The banker I worked with was incredibly knowledgeable, patiently answering all my questions about the various account options and fees associated with them. I particularly appreciated how they took the time to explain everything in detail, which made me feel more confident in my decisions. The process was fast, and I was in and out within an hour, which is a huge plus! The branch itself was clean and organized, making it easy to navigate. One small thing I’d suggest is maybe having an additional teller during peak hours; I noticed a bit of a wait when I arrived. Overall, I left feeling very satisfied and have no doubts that I made the right choice. Thumbs up for great customer service!
